Oh dear!

It's a 'phone, not a phime, it keeps breaking, not braking, should be don't, not dont, March should be capitalised (as should the beginning of sentences and paragraphs), and angry, not angery. 1 out of 10 for erffort. If you want to rant, rant eloquently.

Just out of interest who are you with? I am on my fourth replacement mobile telephone from Vodafone - I did complain to them about the quailty, not only of the equipment they'd supplied me with, but also the time it took to get a replacement to me - I do believe the words "incompetewnt baboons" escaped my lips during one telephone call - I got three months free calls and texts (I must learn to text so I can use my free stuff!)

Is it something with Vodaphone? I swapped to them earlier this year and got a LG Shine phone. The phone turns itself off and I can't get a signal in my house.

I'm not sure whether it's Vodafone in particular, but if you have a 3G 'phone, when the 3G network reboots (as it does on a regular, if somewhat random basis) you lose the ability to make outgoing calls.

This isn't a 'phone fault, but more of a network one.

I believe the high band networks are less prone to this (Vodafone and O2 are low band).

Never had a problem when I was on 02. Only changed because I got what I thought was a good deal on the phone.

I've been with Vodafone for donkeys years, new phone every two years, world wide roaming, fair prices, good customer service - I ain't changing.

O2 arnt bad, I have stonking good phone 800 min free 1000 texts.......


I have used 113 texts, not many to go

im on O2 pay as you go .. i put between 10 n 30 quid a month on it . depends on how busy i am ringing on it lol ..
if i put 30 quid in it i get 1000 free texts .. plus a percentage of my money back as free credit each month (i know its not really free but hey ) i also get free calls on a weekend to other mobile networks ..
if only put a tenner on it .. i got 300 free texts . but still get the free calls at weekend ..
i like o2 . no problems with signal at my house ,. but only O2 and orange work here anyways..
had a 3g contract phone .. til the other month .. was i glad to get rid of it ..
38 quid a month .. 500 free minutes and 100 free texts .. no signal anywhere on the planet . and their customer services shut at half 5 .. oh and you could never understand anyone you spoke to either ..
